Darrell's
professional career began
when he graduated from
Florida Southern College
with a Bachelor of Science
degree in
Marketing/Management and
opened three clothing
stores.
During this time,
Darrell obtained his
Florida real estate license
and began practicing in the
traditional residential
real estate market.
In
1982, he sold his first
campground.
In 1983, he quit
practicing other types of
real estate to specialize
only in the sale of RV
parks and campgrounds.
He obtained his
North Carolina broker’s
license and established a
campground brokerage office
in North Carolina which is central to most of the east coast
states.

Conducting the "original" Campground Buyers
Workshop in 1985, Darrell has presided over 80 such seminars. We are flattered
that others are now imitating this
successful workshop.
The two-day workshop is
approved for credit by the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (ARVC)
Certified Park Operator’s Program. To date, his Campground Buyers’ Workshops
have generated buyers who have gone on to purchase over 300 campgrounds. These results prove educated buyers are the best buyers.
