As you know, I had my real estate license a while back and perhaps that was one of the deciding factors in our trying to sell the campground ourselves.  After a year of dead ends and much time wasted, we finally got smart and put it in the hands of an expert.  The truth is that no matter how much you think you know, it doesn't mean much if you don't have the time to work it.  

In all my years in real estate (OK, so it was only about 5), I have never met anyone who works as hard as you and your team.  The results, of course, speak for themselves - the numerous qualified and educated prospects, the open communications, two full price offers in 24 hours, and most important, a replacement for ourselves that we could not have hand picked better. 

Believe it or not, we worried most about finding the right people - ones who would be willing to work as hard as we did and also ones who would care as much about our seasonals (AKA second family) as we do.  You found us just those ones. 

For this I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Would I recommend you and your associates?  Only if someone is serious about selling their campground and wants the very best team to do it!
