To Owners Considering Darrell Hess & Associates: When we made the decision to sell our campground, we tried to do it ourselves without the use of a broker. He "walked us" through the step-by-step procedure in dealing with each potential buyer. There was constant contact between buyer and seller through Darrell's office. When he was not in the office, our interests were handled very capably by associates on his staff. He was experienced at resolving differences between buyer and seller when they occurred. When we reached the point of agreement, Darrell clearly explained all steps and procedures in getting to the settlement table. He used an easy-to-read contract that was the basis for review by us and our attorney. He was in contact with our attorney and accountant throughout the process providing appropriate information and documents. Darrell and his very able assistant were present at settlement to advise us on all aspects of that procedure.
