It's
hard for us to express our
sincere appreciation for
all that you , Brenda,
Melinda and Linda have done
to change our lives. In a
period of recession and
uncertainty in the country,
you never compromised the
sale of our park, by
lowering the standards of
the prospective buyer or
encouraging a buyer who
would not have made a
"good fit" with
our campground. Your
concern was always for the
right buyer and not for
just a quick sale. You even
recommended taking it off
the market for a period of
time rather than jump for a
sale that might have
jeopardized our retirement. Barbara
and I will always be
grateful for your
friendship and
professionalism on the part
of you and all your
Associates. You had the
answers for every question
or concern before we knew
enough to ask the
questions. You were there
working up to moments
before the closing, solving
potential problems. All
along the year long
process, you were the ones
we could turn to when
things were going slow, to
counsel us and keep our
heads and minds to the
grindstone and never let us
get too depressed or to
high. You seemed to know
how we felt and
how to deal with every bump
in the road. We are
convinced this sale would
never have been consummated
without you. We
wish you well and thank you
for your contribution to
the camping industry.
